Where is Lavinia & Co based?

We are designed and located in Los Angeles, CA

How do I care for my Lavinia & Co items?

All of our products are machine washable. 

Simply:

Machine wash cold with like colors in the gentle cycle without bleach (preferrably in a separate net bag)

Hang to dry

Medium to warm iron as needed

Our pieces can also be Dry Cleaned if that's your preferred method

What payment methods do you accept?

We are pleased to accept the following card types:

Do you sales tax when shipping?

Orders within California will be taxed as required by law.  Orders shipping outside of CA will not have tax applied.

How soon will my order ship?

We try to send out orders within three business days (subject to product availability) of order receipt. Once your package is shipped, you'll be emailed tracking information.  

What if I want to change my order?

If you wish to modify your order, we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Please email us or call us during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM PST.
